Amanda’s mission as a personal trainer is to provide custom designed programs that are safe, effective, progressive and fun. She can help you push your body to the limit, conquer your health goals, look and feel great, and make sure you have fun while doing it. Amanda will be there through your entire fitness journey providing encouragement, guidance, motivation and expertise.
Personal training programs with Amanda include several different components, depending on the client’s goals. Some of these areas may include flexibility training, cardiovascular conditioning, balance exercises, strength training and functional movement exercises. These training programs lead to several different benefits including weight loss, body toning, increased mobility and energy levels, reduced body fat percentage, and disease prevention.
With Amanda as a trainer, you have the opportunity to make fitness as convenient as possible. She will provide resistance bands, yoga mats, foam rollers, jump ropes, light weights and stability balls for any location. Training services can be provided in your home, office, or nearby park.
Training packages include the following options for purchase:
- Fitness Assessment
- Single 60 minute session
- 5 pack, 60 minute sessions
- 10 pack, 60 minute sessions
- 20 pack, 60 minute sessions
- Semi-private 60 minute sessions
All packages of 5 sessions or greater include an extra session for a full fitness assessment at no extra cost. Fitness assessments include body composition analysis, girth measurements, blood pressure, movement screening, cardiovascular, flexibility and strength testing. Assessment results will be kept on file and used to measure client success.
