Semi-Private Pole Lessons (up to 4 people)
Personal Training Sessions – single session, 5 Pack, 10 Pack or 20 Pack
Program Design – Need a few conditioning or flexibility ideas for the pole? Amanda is available to write up a workout program that is right for you. You will receive the program via e-mail with full descriptions of the exercises, and Amanda will be available for questions.
